A study on warehouse management in Ho Chi Minh City: Current practices and automation trends

Abstract

This study delved into critical aspects of warehouse management practices and automation trends in Ho Chi Minh City. As a rapidly growing economic center with a surge in commercial activities, the city places a strong emphasis on optimizing operations, cost reduction, enhancing customer satisfaction, and sustaining competitiveness. The study thoroughly examined the challenges faced, strategies implemented, and emerging opportunities in utilizing warehouse management space and automation trends in Ho Chi Minh City. Findings revealed that logistics companies in Ho Chi Minh City, exhibiting diverse levels of expertise and awareness, are increasingly prioritizing warehouse operations and actively seeking ways to enhance efficiency.
