Vietnam’s real estate market in 2025: Current situation and solutions for stabilization

Abstract
This study analyzes the current state of Vietnam’s real estate market in 2024, identifying key challenges and structural shortcomings. It proposes solutions to stabilize and strengthen the market in the near future, with particular emphasis on the State’s role in policy formulation, enhancing transparency, and risk management. The study underscores the importance of fostering a healthy business environment to attract sustainable investment and ensure the long-term stability of the real estate sector.
