Factors influencing employee performance at Vicona Printing Trading Service Co. Ltd.

Abstract

This study examines the key factors influencing employee performance at VICONA Printing Trading Service Co.Ltd., a multi-industry enterprise specializing in design, advertising, printing, and gifts across Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. Utilizing both qualitative and quantitative research methods, the study identifies seven critical determinants of employee performance: job evaluation, training, job tasks, compensation and benefits, motivation, career development, and innovation encouragement. Each factor plays a vital role in enhancing employee productivity across diverse operational environments. The findings provide valuable insights into employee performance dynamics and offer a strategic framework for businesses seeking to improve workforce efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
