Factors affecting The career development orientation of hospitality management students at Hanoi University of Industry

Abstract
Based on a survey conducted among Hospitality Management students from Course 13 to Course 18 at Hanoi University of Industry, this study identifies five key factors influencing students' career development orientation: training programs, lecturers, academic advisors and homeroom teachers, family, media and social networks, and career orientation activities. The findings provide insights into the impact of these factors on students' career decisions. Based on the analysis, the study proposes recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of career development orientation for Hospitality Management students at Hanoi University of Industry in the future.
