Abstract
Productivity and quality are key priorities in most business development strategies. Recognizing their significance, this study provides an overview of the current state of productivity and quality among businesses in Soc Trang Province. Through analysis of existing challenges and opportunities, this study proposes strategic recommendations to enhance business performance, improve product and service quality, and foster sustainable economic growth in the region.
