Abstract
The culture of innovation is rapidly evolving worldwide, with higher education emerging as a key driver due to its pivotal role in human resource training and knowledge creation. This study investigates the development of innovation culture within Vietnamese universities by surveying staff and faculty members. Data were collected through interviews and analyzed using SMART PLS software. The research model examines the influence of transformational leadership, organizational compatibility, and knowledge sharing on the cultivation of an innovation culture. The study also evaluates the reliability and regression of the model, as well as the impact of demographic variables on the results. Findings indicate that the model satisfies reliability criteria and is not significantly influenced by demographic factors, underscoring the critical role of leadership in fostering a culture of innovation in the higher education sector.
