Applying innovative models and tools to enhance productivity and quality: A pilot consulting case study in Soc Trang Province

In the context of increasing competition and economic integration, many enterprises recognize the necessity of setting goals to enhance productivity and quality across all management stages. However, challenges often arise during implementation due to a lack of clarity on what changes are needed and how to effectively execute them. This study presents the process and findings of a pilot consulting project aimed at improving productivity and quality for selected enterprises in Soc Trang province. By analyzing project outcomes, the study identifies common management limitations and recommends modern models and tools that can be broadly applied to address these issues. Additionally, the study offers practical insights and lessons learned to support the effective transfer of research findings into real-world business practices.
