Production improvement at Nam Long Co., Ltd. using the Kaizen and Lean manufacturing methods

Abstract

This study explores the challenges faced by Nam Long Limited Company in the new era, including rising defective product rates, high inventory costs, and production waste. To address these issues, the company has implemented continuous production improvements based on lean manufacturing principles. These efforts have led to a significant productivity increase of 43.75%. The study details the current situation, the improvement process, and the successful outcomes achieved by the company through these lean manufacturing initiatives.
