Enhancing internal marketing as a strategy to boost organizational commitment at Cen Saigon Real Estate Joint Stock Company

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the current level of organizational commitment at Cen Saigon Real Estate Joint Stock Company. By combining various scales to measure the factors influencing organizational commitment, the research seeks to propose strategies to enhance commitment levels within the company. Utilizing both qualitative and quantitative research methods, data was collected from 283 current and former employees. The study analyzes and assesses the company’s organizational commitment in relation to key influencing factors. Based on the findings and identified challenges, the paper proposes actionable solutions to strengthen organizational commitment at Cen Saigon in the future.
