International approaches to climate change policy development and key lessons for Vietnam in the new era

Abstract

This study examines the global challenges posed by climate change and the urgent need for effective policies and response strategies. It reviews various international approaches to developing climate change policies and evaluates their effectiveness. Based on these insights, the study offers valuable lessons for Vietnam to enhance its climate change mitigation and adaptation efforts in the context of the current global climate landscape.
