Abstract
This study proposes a solution for applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) to fresh coconut supply chain management in alignment with Fourth-Party Logistics (4PL) requirements in Vietnam. The study highlights the potential benefits of these technologies, including enhanced productivity, cost reduction, and optimization of product quality for export markets. It also assesses the awareness and readiness of key stakeholders within the supply chain. Based on the findings, the study recommends specific measures to improve technological infrastructure and raise stakeholder awareness of AI and IoT applications. Furthermore, it underscores the critical role of government support, both in terms of policy development and financial investment, to foster sustainable growth in Vietnam’s coconut production and export industry.
