Abstract
Phu Son ward, a locality of Thanh Hoa City, has demonstrated flexible and timely budget management in recent years, making a significant contribution to the fulfillment of socio-economic objectives. This study assesses the current state of budget management in Phu Son ward during the period 2022 - 2024, identifies existing challenges, and proposes solutions to enhance the effectiveness of state budget management in the coming years.
