Abstract
This study evaluates the potential and constraints associated with the adoption of drone technology in logistics operations within the Hai Phong seaport area. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research integrates qualitative insights with quantitative analysis based on Likert-scale survey data processed using SPSS. The empirical findings identify five key determinants influencing the applicability of drone technology: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, technological context, organizational context, and environmental context. These results provide a systematic understanding of the multifaceted factors shaping technology adoption in port logistics and highlight the interplay between user perceptions and contextual conditions in determining implementation feasibility.
