Abstract
This study analyzed the current human resource management of C.P. Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company and identified important issues such as human resource planning, recruitment, training, and development. The study pointed out the challenges facing the company's human resource management and proposed specific solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of human resource management.
