Innovation models and some issues about implementing these models in Vietnam

Abstract

Innovation stands out as an essential path in the development of all businesses and organizations. However, navigating through this path is a significant challenge, especially in finding an appropriate innovation model. This article delineates six distinct innovation models and traces the evolution of the innovation process. Tailored to the context of Vietnam, this study addressed issues and proposed practical steps for implementing innovation models in Vietnamese enterprises. Emphasizing the comprehension of understanding customer needs and behaviors in adopting new offerings, fostering innovative strategic thinking within the framework of business 5.0, and developing an innovation ecosystem in Vietnam are the key focal points.
