Factors affecting human resource management activities at enterprises in Binh Duong province

Abstract
This study explored human resource management activities and analyzes the role of human resource management and how internal and external factors affect human resource management activities. Internal factors are corporate culture, remuneration policy, and leaders. Meanwhile, external factors are laws, state policies, science and technology, the socio-economic situation, the labor market, and international integration. Based on the study’s findings, some implications were made to help businesses in Binh Duong province have strategies and development directions in the future.
