The importance of a good customer information security system in e-commerce

Abstract
The rapid growth of e-commerce has been fueled by the increasing popularity of smart devices, digital transformation, diverse payment systems, and improvements in the Internet infrastructure (4G and 5G). E-commerce platforms have attracted more and more customers of different ages. Therefore, customer information security is one of the most concerning issues for e-commerce businesses. This paper pointed out e-commerce’s information security issues about the protection of customers' personal information, bank accounts, and transactions.
