The human resource development activities of VNPT-Ninh Binh Sales Center in the context of new development period

Human resources play a key role in the performance of any business or organization. Businesses and organizations often seek ways to improve their human resources to achieve their short- and long-term development strategies. Therefore, it is necessary for businesses and organizations to regularly evaluate and improve human resource quality in accordance with changes in the operating environment and the development orientation of organizations. Over the past years, VNPT-Ninh Binh Sales Center has often assessed and improved its human resource quality. This study summarized the current human resource development activities at VNPT-Ninh Binh Sales Center over the recent three-year period, pointed out existing problems, and proposed solutions to help the center improve its human resource development activities in the future.
