Improving the production layout planning at Tran Thanh Mechanical Private enterprise

Data and research results on the production management of private enterprises show that businesses always determine to reduce costs in the production process. Site layout is one of the factors affecting production costs. If the production layout is not planned optimally, it will increase costs and cause many types of waste. Recognizing this problem, Tran Thanh Mechanical Private Enterprise has carried out the process of improving the production layout. This paper presented the results achieved by Tran Thanh Mechanical Private Enterprise from improving the production layout.
