Solutions for developing e-commerce human resources in local Nghe An Province

E-commerce has become an inevitable trend in commercial transactions in the context that the economy and society in the country and around the world are suffering negative impacts caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Human resource development is one of the key factors to meet the strong development needs of e-commerce and the digital economy. However, currently, due to many subjective and objective reasons, human resources for e-commerce still reveal many shortcomings and limitations. This study analyzed the current situation of e-commerce human resources in Nghe An province during the period from 2018 - 2023, pointed out limitations, and then proposed some solutions to develop human resources. e-commerce in Nghe An province.
