Solutions to improve the competencies of members of the commune-level party committee of Quang Yen Town, Quang Ninh Province

Abstract
This study evaluated the current competencies of members of the commune-level Party Committee of Quang Yen Town, Quang Ninh province. The paper presented the results of the assessment and ranking of the commune-level Party Committee of Quang Yen Town in 2022. Based on the study's findings, some solutions are proposed to improve the competencies of members of the commune-level Party Committee of Quang Yen Town in the coming time.
