Current situation and solutions for the development of healthy care tourism in Thua Thien Hue Province

Thua Thien Hue province has a rich tradition of Eastern and Western medicine with a high-quality medical human resource. This is an advantage for Thua Thien Hue province to promote the development of resort tourism combined with medical examination and treatment, also known as health care tourism. This paper introduces the health care tourism potential of Thua Thien Hue province to develop suitable tourism products. The paper also proposed some solutions contributing to realizing Thua Thien Hue province's goal of becoming one of the most cultural tourism centers and specialized medical centers in Southeast Asia in the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030.
