The theoretical and practical issues of the implementation of democracy in Communes, wards, and towns

In recent times, the implementation of democracy in communes, wards, and towns has achieved significant and relatively comprehensive results, contributing to ensuring the real power of the people in state building and social management, consolidating and improving the operations of the political system at the grassroots level, developing the socio-economy, and ensuring security, national defense, social order, and safety in the locality. However, the implementation of democracy in communes, wards, and towns still has many limitations in some localities. In some localities, the awareness of local Party committees, authorities, officials, and party members at all levels is limited. Some people do not fully understand the implementation of democracy. This paper studies the theoretical and practical issues of the implementation of democracy in communes, wards, and towns to strengthen this process.
