Improving regulations on protecting the copyright of online newspaper articles

Abstract
Online newspaper articles are the intellectual product of journalists and press agencies. They are protected by copyright regulations. However, in the context of the rapid development of the Internet, technologies, and social networks, there are many fake online newspapers that are infringing on the copyright of journalists and press agencies.
This paper analyzes the current regulations on protecting the copyright of online newspaper articles and points out the shortcomings of these regulations. Based on the paper’s findings, some recommendations are proposed to improve these regulations.
