Abstract
By using the methods of dialectical materialism and historical materialism as a basis for other scientific research methods, such as methods of analysis and synthesis, the logical method, the comparative method, etc., this paper clarifies the basis for recording the countervailing effect of guaranteed measures and the relationship between the impact of a guaranteed contract and the countervailing effect of guaranteed measures.
