Some recommendations about the authority, order and procedures for resolving collective labor disputes on rights

In recent times, collective labor disputes have become increasingly complicated, many of which have turned into illegal strikes, negatively affecting the harmonious development between labor relations and the socio-economy. This paper analyzes the current collective labor dispute resolutions. Based on the paper’s findings, some recommendations are made for the Labor Code’s provisions on the authority to resolve collective labor disputes on rights.
