Regulations on wages in the business sector in Vietnam: Current situation and solutions

Abstract
Wages play an important role in Vietnam’s socio-economic policies, closely related to the driving force of economic development and growth. If wages are not high enough for workers, it will not only lower labor power but also labor’s quality of life and the quality of human resources. This study analyzes the current regulations on wages and makes recommendations to improve regulations on wages in the business sector in Vietnam.
