Protecting the rights of performers under Vietnam’s law on intellectual property

Abstract
This paper systematically summarizes the provisions on protecting the rights of performers and analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of enforcing these provisions in Vietnam in comparison with the provisions of international treaties. This paper points out limitations and shortcomings and proposes directions to improve Vietnam’s provisions on protecting the rights of performers.
