Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến ý định sử dụng hệ thống học tập trực tuyến (LMS) của học viên cao học tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu nhằm tìm hiểu các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến ý định sử dụng hệ thống học tập trực tuyến (LMS - Learning Management System) của học viên cao học tại các trường ở Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Căn cứ vào các lý thuyết nền và các nghiên cứu có liên quan, trên cơ sở tham khảo ý kiến các học viên cao học, tác giả đề xuất mô hình nghiên cứu và thực hiện khảo sát các học viên cao học, với 313 học viên đang học cao học tại các trường ở Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, có 6 yếu tố tác động đến ý định sử dụng LMS của học viên cao học, bao gồm: Năng lực bản thân; Tự nghiên cứu; Động lực học tập; Chuẩn chủ quan; Tài chính; Tính hữu ích. Dựa trên kết quả nghiên cứu, tác giả đề xuất một số hàm ý quản trị để nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo cho học viên cao học.
