Administrative disputes, administrative dispute settlement methods, and administrative dispute resolution models in Vietnam

Abstract
This paper analyzes administrative disputes, administrative dispute settlement methods, and administrative dispute resolution models in Vietnam. The paper also analyzes the necessity of controlling administrative power through the jurisdiction of the courts. The paper points out the requirements and the direction to overcome some shortcomings of administrative dispute resolution in Vietnam in order to improve the efficiency of the current administrative proceedings of the court.
