Abstract
Currently, many countries are strengthening and enforcing environmental and health standards and regulations in their trade activities. In addition, preferential policies, tax incentives, and financial support are launched to promote sustainable, environmentally friendly production and consumption. This paper analyzes the legal trends of using non-tariff barriers for environmental protection and human health in international trade
