Cryptocurrency from the perspective of laws on properties

This paper analyzes specific characteristics of property and examines legal views on cryptocurrency in some typical countries that adopt the Common Law and the Civil Law to identify the legal nature of cryptocurrency. Based on the paper’s findings, some suitable legal solutions are proposed.
