The practical application of land prices in accordance with current regulations

Land is an important and indispensable natural resource and a means of production with special significance for socio-economic development. According to current laws, land prices are divided into two types: market land prices and land prices regulated by the State. In the process of implementing the entire people ownership regime on land, the existence of these two types of prices is inevitable. However, in practice, the existence of two types of land prices has raised many inadequacies, greatly affecting the economy in general as well as the real estate market in particular. This paper presents the basic issues of current regulations on land prices, points out limitations in the practical application of land prices, and proposes some recommendations to improve regulations on land management.
