Improving regulations on auctions of land use rights in Vietnam

Abstract
This paper presents current regulations on auctions of land use rights, and points out shortcomings and causes. Based on the paper’s findings, some solutions are proposed to improve these regulations to enhance land use rights auctions in Vietnam in the coming time.
