Solutions to improve the access of graduate students to the labour market

This study analyzes the current access of students to the labour market, and points out the reasons for challenges to the access of students to the labour market. Based on the study’s findings, some solutions are proposed to help students understand and have awareness about sustainable employment in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0), and support students to get more opportunities to learn necessary professional skills to achieve sustainable work. This study is also expected to create a bridge among schools, students, and employers in employment programs, and encourage students to take part in the process of making sustainable employment policies.
