An overview on the development of provisions for the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of the litigants in the civil litigation

Abstract
This article presents an overview on the development of provisions for the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of the litigants in the civil litigation process through three periods, namely: before 1989, from 1989 to 2004, and from 2004 to present. It can be seen that these provisions have always been improved to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of the litigants.
