Improving the Law on Administrative Procedure to better resolve land-related dministrative disputes

Abstract
Land-related administrative disputes happen commonly and complexly in Vietnam in the current period. According to provisions of the Law on Administrative Procedure 2015, the People Court is responsible for resolving land-related administrative disputes. This study analyzes the shortcomings of the administrative procedure legislation which is the basis for settling land-related administrative disputes, and proposes some improvement directions.
