Gia tăng động lực làm việc của người lao động bằng “game hóa” (gamification) tại doanh nghiệp công nghiệp

Gamification - Game hóa là một thuật ngữ hay một phương pháp áp dụng các thuộc tính tích cực như gia tăng động lực cho người chơi của trò chơi (điện tử), để tạo ra các hoạt động tương tự như trong môi trường game nhưng ở môi trường làm việc như tại các doanh nghiệp hay các tổ chức. Việc nghiên cứu về game hóa và áp dụng nó vào thực tiễn được các nhà nghiên cứu cũng như các doanh nghiệp hết sức quan tâm trong những năm trở lại đây nhưng chưa có nhiều nghiên cứu về việc áp dụng vào các hoạt động quản lý, đặc biệt là trong quản trị nguồn nhân lực. Nghiên cứu này chỉ ra khả năng áp dụng các yếu tố game hóa để gia tăng động lực làm việc cho người lao động tại các doanh nghiệp công nghiệp nơi mà người lao động thường làm các công việc lặp đi lặp lại, dễ mất động lực. Nghiên cứu được thực hiện dựa trên sự phân tích các số liệu khảo sát của 522 người lao động, trong đó có 180 người lao động làm việc tại khối văn phòng, số còn lại làm việc tại khu vực sản xuất nhằm đánh giá động lực làm việc và sự thỏa mãn công việc của họ khi áp dụng game hóa vào môi trường làm việc. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy hầu hết người lao động gia tăng động lực và sự hài lòng với công việc. Tuy nhiên, vẫn còn một vài khía cạnh tâm lý lao động chưa được thể hiện rõ ràng.
