Provisions for commercial contracts void due to forgery

Abstract
This study analyzes legal provisions for forged commercial contracts, points out some practical problems and inadequacies in dealing with the consequences of forged invalid contracts when the property has been transferred to an honest third person. Based on the study’s findings, some directions are proposed to strengthen the law on commercial contracts in general and commercial contracts invalidated due to forgery in particular.
