Legal provisions for compensation for damages from breach of contract in Vietnam: Current situation and solutions

Abstract
This paper analyzes the current situation and issues relating to the compensatory damages for breach of contract in Vietnam, such as damages that can be compensated, legal basis for applying compensation measures, and cases of exemption from liability for compensation. The paper also makes some recommendations and proposes solutions to solve legal issues about compensation for damages from breach of contract in Vietnam.
