An overview of the changes in Vietnam’s legal framework for the contract on land use rights

Abstract
A contract which has the subject matter of land use rights is the basis for establishing the land use rights of a subject. The land use rights play an extremely important role in the economy of each country. Through different periods, legal provisions have been adjusted, amended and supplemented to meet the national development’s requirements and the wishes of the people, and to become more effective and reasonable. This paper presents an overview of the changes in Vietnam’s legal framework for the contract on land use rights through the development stages of Vietnam’s laws.
