Developing the restaurant industry sustainbly: Affecting factors and solutions

Abstract

The development of tourism in general and the development of restaurants in particular should be environmentally friendly and pay attention to harmonize economic and social issues to ensure sustainable standards. This study explores the factors affecting the sustainable development of the restaurant industry and the challenges facing the implementation of sustainable standards. Based on the study’s findings, some solutions are proposed to make the restaurant industry environmentally friendly.
