Laws of some countries on the protection of patient information on electronic health records

Abstract
Currently, Vietnamese law does not have specific regulations on the protection of patient privacy. This paper analyzes the impacts of patient rights on the patient privacy, evaluates the provisions of international law and laws of some countries on the protection of patient privacy, assesses the methods for the protection of patient privacy in the new development context, and then points out some values that Vietnam can refer to.
