Depending on the traditional concept and legal culture, legal systems in the world have different approaches to the issue of surrogacy. Some countries completely prohibit surrogacy while some countries allow altruistic surrogacy, event accept commercial surrogacy. This paper analyzes all these three approaches to the issue of surrogacy to reach an objective perspective on this issue.
