Bài viết này tổng hợp và hệ thống hóa các nghiên cứu về ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo trong kế toán, đồng thời phân tích sự chuyển dịch vai trò của kế toán từ xử lý tuân thủ sang tạo lập giá trịtư vấn. Bài viết sử dụng tổng quan mô tả có cấu trúc, ưu tiên các nghiên cứu đăng trên các tạp chí quốc tế có bình duyệt và các văn bản, báo cáo chính thức có thể kiểm chứng. Kết quả tổng hợp cho thấy, AI đang dần chuyển từ công cụ hỗ trợ cục bộ thành hạ tầng làm việc thường nhật trong nghề kế toán và kiểm toán, qua đó làm giảm tỷ trọng của các tác vụ lặp lại, mở rộng năng lực xử lý dữ liệu và gia tăng khả năng cung cấp thông tin phân tích cho khách hàng và nhà quản trị. Tuy nhiên, sự chuyển dịch sang tư vấn không xảy ra một cách tự động mà chịu tác động đồng thời của mức độ chấp nhận công nghệ, năng lực động của tổ chức và nhóm nghề nghiệp, áp lực thể chế, cũng như các yếu tố tâm lý nghề nghiệp. Từ đó, bài viết đề xuất một chương trình nghiên cứu tiếp theo phù hợp với bối cảnh Việt Nam.
