Factors Influencing Consumers' Continued Use of QR Code Payment in Petroleum Retailing

Abstract

This study examines the factors influencing customers' continued use of QR Code payment in petroleum retailing based on the extended UTAUT2 model, incorporating trust and perceived risk. Data collected from 310 customers were analyzed using SPSS including Cronbach's Alpha, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that facilitating conditions have the strongest impact, followed by performance expectancy, trust, social influence, and habit, while perceived risk has a negative effect. Based on these findings, the study provides several managerial implications for promoting cashless payment in the petroleum retail industry.
