Nghiên cứu phân tích tác động của các yếu tố số hóa và tự động hóa đến hiệu quả khai thác cảng tại Công ty Cổ phần Tân Cảng 128 - Hải Phòng. Trong bối cảnh Cách mạng Công nghiệp 4.0, việc phát triển theo mô hình cảng thông minh là yêu cầu cấp thiết để nâng cao năng lực cạnh tranh. Bằng phương pháp xây dựng mô hình hồi quy tuyến tính, nhóm tác giả đã xác định các nhân tố then chốt ảnh hưởng hiệu quả khai thác cảng. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, trình độ nguồn nhân lực là yếu tố có ảnh hưởng mạnh nhất, tiếp theo là mức độ số hóa, tích hợp hệ thống dữ liệu và cuối cùng là tự động hóa. Điều này cho thấy, vai trò trung tâm của con người trong việc vận hành và khai thác hiệu quả các công nghệ hiện đại, đồng thời khẳng định tầm quan trọng của việc ứng dụng công nghệ số trong tối ưu hóa hoạt động cảng.
