Các yếu tố thúc đẩy ý định chấp nhận chuyển đổi số của nhân viên tại Việt Nam

Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu tổng quan này nhằm xác định các yếu tố thúc đẩy ý định chấp nhận chuyển đổi số (CĐS) của nhân viên tại Việt Nam. Dựa trên các lý thuyết TAM, UTAUT2, Quản trị sự thay đổi tổ chức và Tương tác cá nhân - môi trường cùng với kết quả nghiên cứu trước, nghiên cứu đã xác định được 6 yếu tố quan trọng thúc đẩy ý định chấp nhận CĐS của nhân viên gồm: Hữu ích cảm nhận, Dễ sử dụng cảm nhận, Ảnh hưởng xã hội, Điều kiện thuận lợi, Cam kết và niềm tin với tổ chức, và Sự hỗ trợ của lãnh đạo số. Đây là các yếu tố mà doanh nghiệp cần tập trung tác động để nâng cao mức chấp nhận CĐS của nhân viên.
