Bài báo phân tích khung năng lực quản lý doanh nghiệp trong chuyển đổi số logistics tại Việt Nam trên nền tảng lý thuyết nguồn lực doanh nghiệp và lý thuyết năng lực động. Nghiên cứu xác định 6 nhóm năng lực cốt lõi mà doanh nghiệp logistics cần có để chuyển đổi số tạo ra giá trị thực chất, gồm: định hướng chiến lược, chuẩn hóa quy trình, quản trị dữ liệu, lựa chọn và tích hợp công nghệ, phát triển nhân lực số và liên kết hệ sinh thái logistics. Phân tích thực trạng cho thấy, doanh nghiệp logistics Việt Nam đã có cải thiện nhất định về năng lực công nghệ, song khoảng cách giữa nhận thức và năng lực thực thi vẫn còn đáng kể, đặc biệt ở nhóm doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ. Kết quả nghiên cứu hàm ý chuyển đổi số logistics hiệu quả đòi hỏi doanh nghiệp chuyển từ tư duy ứng dụng công nghệ sang tư duy quản trị dựa trên dữ liệu, gắn với lộ trình phát triển năng lực phù hợp từng giai đoạn.
