Nghiên cứu hoạt tính kháng oxy hóa của dịch chiết lá hẹ (Allium tuberosum)

Nghiên cứu đánh giá thành phần hoạt chất sinh học và khả năng chống oxy hóa của cao chiết lá hẹ (Allium tuberosum) trong nước, ethanol và methanol. Các hợp chất tự nhiên được định tính bằng phản ứng tạo màu, còn hoạt tính chống oxy hóa được xác định bằng phương pháp bắt gốc tự do DPPH. Kết quả cho thấy, dịch chiết ethanol 70% có khả năng chống oxy hóa cao nhất (HTCO = 78,29%), cao hơn ethanol 96% (72,79%) và nước cất (30,48%), đồng thời tương đương vitamin C ở nồng độ 40-50 µg/mL. Dịch chiết ethanol 70% chứa nhiều hợp chất sinh học như alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, terpenoid, coumarin, quinone, phenol và tannin. Kết quả cho thấy, lá hẹ là nguồn chất chống oxy hóa tự nhiên tiềm năng và có thể được nghiên cứu thêm cho các ứng dụng sinh học khác.
